Project Description
The process of working on this website was a little unusual. BioInformatics and SDi had become one company and they needed to get a website up for both organizations by a certain date. So, when they approached me for help, they already had the new website under development. The structure of the site was in place but they needed help developing a cohesive branded look. I responded by supplying layouts with icons and a color palette that incorporated the colors of both BioInformatics and the SDi division. I recommended that they include the logos of both companies until they were ready to present as a singular, combined new company.
I also designed and created artwork for the banners of each section and chose and prepared supporting images for each page. Together we created a visual system for displaying the six types of reports they offer.
